The Blackhawk Property Owners Association (POA) is comprised of the property owners within the Ruger Ranch Phase III development. The board of directors and officers are charged with maintaining the roads, collecting and managing association dues and seeing that the owners follow the CC&R’s.
The association holds annual meeting each March. If you have not received notice of this years meeting, contact the board.
